Background & Bio

I am passionate about helping people to regain control of their mental health, so they can feel in control of who they are and what they want to do with their lives.

I work with children and adults with developmental, learning, and behavioural issues to help them achieve their full potential. Providing support for ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and developmental delay. As well as anxiety and depression.

I work with teenagers and adults with anxiety, depression, and psychotic disorders like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder working to identify underlying biochemical and nutritional deficiencies which may be resulting in the presentation of symptoms. We then work together to help bring the body and mind back to balance.

I also support adults with cognitive decline and neurological disorders, working at the pace of each individual to help them regain control.

I am a graduate of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and have over 24 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, with over 10 years of clinical experience. I  developed an interest in mental health after noting the profound effect that nutrition had on family and friends affected by mental health concerns.
