Emily Fawell is a Nutritional Therapist and ADHD Coach based in Ealing, West London. She is passionate about helping people feel their best, both physically and mentally, through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.
She works with a wide range of clients, supporting issues such as ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety, fatigue and brain fog. One of her specialisms is digestive health and she firmly believes in the gut-brain axis and its impact on both mental and physical health.
In 2024 she retrained as an ADHD Coach with ADHD Works. She now offers ADHD coaching alongside nutrition packages and services to support ADHD brains. Recently diagnosed with ADHD at 55, she also has two neurodivergent sons. This gives her lived experience of managing the symptoms and impact of ADHD on both lifestyle and nutrition.
She sees clients face-to-face at Bridge to Health in West Ealing and also offers online consultations, making it easy to access support wherever you are. She regularly runs online workshops such as “Nourish your ADHD Brain” and offers a range of testing packages for ADHD. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and evidence-based, and she loves empowering people to make changes that really work for them in the long term.
Whether someone is looking to improve symptoms, tweak diet and lifestyle, manage ADHD, or simply feel more in control of their health, she supports them every step of the way. Together they create realistic strategies that fit their lifestyle and help them thrive.
She graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2009 and has been running a busy practice since then. Alongside this she is a Clinical Supervisor on the Nutritional Therapy degree course at the University of West London.
