THE PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PROTECTING YOUR BRAIN AS YOU AGE
Most people think about brain health far too late.
Research now shows that the changes linked to cognitive decline can begin decades before diagnosis, shaped not by one single factor, but by the small habits, stresses, and lifestyle patterns repeated every day.
At the same time, we are living in a world overflowing with health information. Between podcasts, headlines, supplements, and conflicting advice, it can feel impossible to know where to actually begin.
This webinar is designed to cut through the noise.
In this practical session, holistic nutritionist and Head of Communications at Food for the Brain, Kezia Hall, will translate the science of brain health into realistic, evidence-based actions that can actually work in real life.
Rather than offering another rigid “perfect health” formula, this webinar will help you understand the foundations that appear to matter most, how to identify realistic starting points for your own life, and how to begin building habits that support your brain consistently over time.
Because knowing about the science is one thing, but knowing what that means for you on a weekday morning is something else entirely.
This is not another overwhelming health webinar
This session is designed to help you:
- Cut through conflicting health advice
- Understand which lifestyle habits appear to matter most for long-term brain health
- Identify realistic “low-hanging fruit” changes you can begin with
- Build a more personalised and sustainable approach to healthy ageing
- Leave with 1 to 3 practical actions to focus on over the following month
No extreme protocols, guilt, or trying to overhaul your entire life overnight.
Instead, the focus will be on helping you create a realistic starting point that works for your life, your energy, and your current season.
This webinar is perfect if you feel like you are just at the beginning of your brain health journey, have recently discovered Food for the Brain, or have read all the books and listened to the podcasts but are struggling to establish habits.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- Why brain-related changes can begin years before symptoms appear
- The key diet and lifestyle habits linked to cognitive resilience and healthy brain ageing
- Why blood sugar balance, omega-3, movement, sleep, and social connection matter for the brain
- How to stop feeling overwhelmed and prioritise where to begin
- Simple behaviour change strategies that help healthy habits become more consistent and sustainable
- Why tracking habits, cognitive function, and biomarkers can help build momentum and long-term awareness
By the end of the webinar, you will leave with a clearer understanding of what actually matters most for brain health and a personalised 3-part action plan to focus on over the next 3 to 4 weeks.
You’ll also feel inspired again and confident in your next steps.
