Description
A recent survey by CVS Health/Morning Consult revealed that an overwhelming seventy percent of parents express greater concern for their children’s mental well-being than their physical health. This heightened worry stems from the negative impact of social media on their children’s body image and self-perception. Now more than ever, parents and caregivers are seeking solutions to help with mental health challenges. During my years in clinical practice, I gained valuable insight into the potential risks and causes of mental health disorders and their devastating emotional impact. My goal in writing this book is to provide information and to offer helpful solutions and support. It is crucial to raise awareness of the mental health challenges faced by children and teens. My book focuses on natural approaches to prevent and treat many common mental health disorders in children and teens. – Karen Jensen, ND.
