The Upgrade Your Brain CookApp helps you eat your way to better brain health.
The app lets you choose your dietary preferences (e.g. dairy-free, gluten-free, plant-based etc), then shows you the best recipes that are both delicious and nutritious.
It will give you delicious, easy to access recipes that are:
- GL-friendly to help stabilise your blood sugar and help you lose weight
- Brain-fat friendly to ensure your brain is getting the right fuel
- B-vitamin friendly to support methylation, energy and homocysteine levels
- Antioxidant friendly to neutralise the reactive oxidants that damage our brain and body.
There will be a wide selection of breakfasts, main meals, soups, salads, snacks and desserts. You can plan a meal, a day or a week of recipes. You will see, in real time, the Nutritional Rating across the 4 Pillars of a perfect diet appearing (colour coded) in the bars of the app and you can tweak your recipe choice to maximise the scores and make the best (and tastiest!) choices for you.
