Aira Mahandru is passionate about helping people to regain control of their mental health. It is the most rewarding work for her, as mental health affects everything around us — the way we perceive the world and others. She works with children, teenagers, and adults to help identify underlying biochemical and nutritional deficiencies which may be resulting in the presentation of symptoms.
If a child has been diagnosed with or shows symptoms of ADHD, ADD, ASD, tantrums, anger or other behavioural issues, anxiety, depression, or mental health problems, then they have come to the right place. For the last few years, Aira has been helping families to understand their child’s biochemistry and has worked together with parents on underlying imbalances using targeted nutrient therapy to help their children thrive.
Aira is a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner via the Institute of Functional Medicine. She has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including coaching experience. She developed an interest in mental health when she joined a leading clinic in the UK specialising in children’s mental health. Since then, she has worked for another clinic specialising in children with PANS/PANDAS.
Aira is a certified Walsh Institute practitioner and has completed both the basic and advanced trainings in mental health disorders. She is also a Certified Practitioner for ADHD via Psychiatry Redefined, run by leading Functional Psychiatrist Dr. James Greenblatt.

Please note: Aira Mahandru does not work with individuals with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or those experiencing suicidal ideation. She also does not take on clients with an active eating disorder.
