When the child/dependent is ready to take the blood test, please note the following:

The test must be registered in the child/dependent’s own name, not in the parent’s, guardian’s, or carer’s name.
This is essential to ensure the test results are correctly linked to the child/dependent’s to remain unique to them.

To register the test kit:

First create or use an existing Food for the Brain account in the child/dependent’s name HERE.
Use the child/dependent’s details for all required fields.
A parent, guardian, or carer may provide their own email address on the account.
Follow the Instructions of Use information within the test kit to register the sample on the child/dependent’s account.

Incorrectly registering the test kit under your own Food for the Brain account may lead to the child/dependents results being combined with any test results of your own shown on your dashboard.
