I am passionate about helping people to regain control of their mental health. It is the most
rewarding work as mental health affects everything around us, the way we perceive the world
and others. I work with children, teenagers and adults to help identify underlying biochemical and
nutritional deficiencies which may be resulting in the presentation of symptoms.
If your child has been diagnosed or has symptoms of ADHD, ADD, ASD, tantrums, anger or other
behavioural issues, anxiety, depression or mental health problems, then you have come to a right
place. For the last few years, I have been helping families to understand their child’s biochemistry
and worked together with parents on underlying imbalances using targeted nutrient therapy to
help their children thrive.
I am a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner via the Institute of Functional Medicine. I have 10 years experience in the healthcare industry, including coaching experience. I developed an interest in mental health when I joined a leading clinic in the UK specialising in children’s mental health. Since then, I worked for another clinic specialising in working with children with PANS/PANDAS.
I am a certified Walsh Institute practitioner and completed their basic and advanced trainings in mental health disorders. I am also a Certified Practitioner for ADHD via Psychiatry Redefined run leading Functional Psychiatrist Dr James Greenblatt.
Children, teenagers and adults with tantrums, anger, ADHD, Concentration issues, Anxiety, Low mood and
Depression.
Please note: I do not work with bipolar condition, schizophrenia or those with suicidal ideation. I do not take on clients with an active eating disorder.
