Alice is a very experienced Chef and Nutritionist based in Nairobi.
Alice has extensive Chef experience and demonstrated history in managing large teams and projects, such as Artcaffe. Alice has worked and lived in 8 countries around the world as a Chef. She is passionate about creating food that is healthy for people and planet.
She is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition), has a 1st class Honours in the MSc in Food, Health, and Nutrition from University College Dublin, and has a Diploma from Cambridge University in Sustainable Food Production and Processing. She is also an Ambassador for The Food for the Brain Foundation.
Her other passion is cognition and brain health, and how it relates to diet and lifestyle. She is committed to helping people optimise their cognitive health through food, thereby preventing anxiety and depression, as well as diseases including Alzheimers and Parkinsons.
