Background & Bio details
I specialise in ADHD and I’ve been studying the gut-brain axis for over 7 years.

Have you been diagnosed with depression and or anxiety? Have you considered that these are secondary to an ADHD diagnosis? When you understand that the same neurotransmitters are at play, its not surprising that these conditions occur together.

Poor mental health is not normal, I don’t believe in normalising it. Because you and I both know that it
shouldn’t be a condition that you live with for the rest of your life.

We should be asking more questions about WHY you have poor mental health, and delving into the
physiology, not just the psychology. I’ve been working with clients just like you for over 5 years, and I’ve
seen for myself that recovery is possible. When you understand how your body and brain work together, it becomes easier to know what you can do to not only support it, but to optimise everything.

I specialise in the gut-brain axis and the vital role this plays in both neurodivergence and mental health. I’ve been drawn to specialise in ADHD because I have a neurodivergent son, and like me, it’s likely that when you received a diagnosis the only option you were really given was medication. But there is another way.

Mounting research illustrates that people with ADHD are often deficient in nutrients that are vital for brain health and brain function, but psychiatrists don’t focus on that. I give an outside perspective of what is going on inside your body. I use a test, don’t guess-based approach which helps me identify areas of your body and brain to work on to optimise your mental health and a neurodivergent brain.

I am a graduate of Middlesex University and have over 8 years of experience working in the healthcare
industry with over 5 years of clinical experience.

Areas of specialisation:
Teenagers and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression and gut health conditions such as bloating,
constipation, diarrhoea or loose stools, reflux and burping.
