I’m here to help you, if your health is suffering because you are drained by all the demands in your life. I am passionate about life work wellness and I can help you to take control of your wellbeing.

If you’re wondering why your physical health suffers when you are emotionally drained, it’s because all your body systems are interlinked. This is why I base my programmes on a whole body approach, as the only really effective way to manage stress and support wellness.

Everyone is unique and your most effective health journey is the one that works for you. I have created my wellness pathways to suit different priorities and different timelines. Changes to habits and routines do not happen overnight and each pathway allows us  time to work together to make a difference to your wellbeing.

The foundation of my pathways is to assess your nutritional status, because your food affects the way you feel physically and mentally. Your health depends on nutrients in your food, even more so when you are experiencing intense demands in life, when you depend on and use up high levels of specific nutrients.

My wellness pathways are, however, more than one-off lists of food recommendations. Nutrition goes far beyond your food choices, which are only really effective when helpful lifestyle choices are also in place. My pathways combine multimodal support with   personalised nutrition, to help you to manage stress by supporting your recovery, building your resilience and taking care of your wellness.

I first developed my interest in mental health in a specialist role supporting young people facing challenges in life, when I observed the range of highly individual responses. As a nutritional therapist my interest has intensified, as I have explored the psychophysiology of stress responses and the foundational role of nutrition not only for physical health but for mental health too.

My wellness pathways give you guidance, through supportive health and wellbeing coaching, to adopt helpful strategies and to make proactive choices for your wellness. I am not going to tell you what to do, but I am going to help you work out what to do, for your optimal wellness. I also offer additional options for scientific insights to inform highly personalised health goals.
