How to join:
To best inform you, and to carry out this research, we need to know three things about you:
2. Your Cognitive Function score now, which means completing our validated, online Cognitive Function Test (which takes 15 minutes and needs to be on ipad screen or bigger – not a mobile phone)
This test will also assess your diet and lifestyle habits, through the Dementia Risk Index questionnaire that part of the Cognitive Function Test above.
By doing the Cognitive Function Test and having a pin prick Homocysteine test with us, you become a Citizen Scientist.
You can set yourself up for a repeat test in 3 or 6 months and save money.
