Make a list of all the green vegetables you like. Have two servings of green veg today. Ever tried steam fried kale? It’s dead easy. Here’s how: buy some kale, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and tamari or soya sauce. Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan with a lid. Heat it up. Add in a chopped clove of garlic per person. Add in more chopped up kale than you think (it shrinks). Stir in around, sizzling. Then put the juice of half a lemon in a glass, top up the same amount of water, and tamari or soya sauce (additive free). Pour it into the pan. it should instantly steam. Put the lid on, turn the heat down and serve three minutes later.
