How to join:
To best inform you, and to carry out this research, we need to know three things about you:
1.Your vitamin D level now and in 3 or 6 months time.
So order your test HERE and subscribe so that they automatically delivered to you.
2.Your Cognitive Function score now, which means completing our validated, online Cognitive Function Test (which takes 15 minutes and needs to be on ipad screen or bigger – not a mobile phone)
This test will also assess your diet and lifestyle habits, through the Dementia Risk Index questionnaire that part of the Cognitive Function Test above.
By doing the Cognitive Function Test and having a pin prick vitamin D test with us, you become a Citizen Scientist helping us to find out what an optimal intake of vitamin D is for mental health.
