Moving into a new school year can be an unpredictable time and with that comes the potential for anxiety and stress. Furthermore, with many children having missed in-person lessons for some time, the lunches our children eat can make a big difference in their bid to stay focused and energised.
During this 60 minute workshop you will learn how to:
- Choose lunchbox foods that can contribute to your child’s brain health
- Create two whole lunchboxes with lots of options to suit your child and their tastes
- Lunchbox menu plan using a simple planning framework
After the workshop you’ll receive recipe cards so that you can recreate the lunchboxes at home.
This event is hosted by Jenny Tschiesche from Lunchbox Doctor.
*** We do record all of our webinars so if you cannot attend live you will be sent a recording ***
