Background & Bio details
I specialise in supporting adults who want to protect their brain health, prevent cognitive decline, and improve their mental well-being through personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Many of my clients come to me experiencing low mood, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, fatigue, or early signs of memory loss – often wondering if there’s more they can do to support their mental resilience and long-term cognitive function.

I also work with those affected by chronic conditions that impact brain health, such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic dysfunction. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, aiming to identify and address the underlying biochemical and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to poor mental well-being or cognitive decline.

Every client journey begins with a detailed assessment of your medical history, a three-day food and lifestyle diary, and a review of physical, emotional, and environmental influences. From there, we co-
create a practical, personalised plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary healthcare approach, and I regularly work alongside GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to support your overall health and wellbeing.

I am a graduate of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and work part-time in the NHS on the National Diabetes Prevention Programme.
