Why sleep is your brain’s greatest ally!

We all know sleep is important – but did you know that poor sleep accelerates brain ageing, increases dementia risk, and disrupts memory and mood?

Yet so many people struggle to get quality sleep and there is nothing more frustrating than lying awake at night knowing you need to sleep – but can’t drift off or keep waking up! So in this special webinar, Dr Greg Potter, sleep scientist, coach and educator,  reveals the truth about what healthy sleep really is, and the lesser-known, science-backed ways to sleep better.

What You’ll Learn:

✔ How sleep and circadian rhythms shape memory, focus, and brain function
✔ What “healthy sleep” really means (and why it looks different for different people)
✔ Lesser-known but proven strategies to improve your sleep – starting tonight
✔ Why optimising your sleep is one of the smartest steps you can take to protect your brain and future

Getting quality sleep is essential for your mood, energy, sugar management and brain health. Join us to learn the key strategies you need to upgrade your sleep.
