Keeping your brain young is a science.

(One that you can easily learn!)
Ageing happens because of oxidation (think wrinkly skin).
Nowhere is there more oxidation activity than in the brain because your brain uses more energy than any other organ and generates more oxidants…

That is where antioxidants come in.

There are 7 key antioxidants which, together, recycle each other. These are vitamins C, E, glutathione, anthocyanins, co-enzyme Q10 and alpha lipoic acid. There’s also a second line of defence involving B vitamins and minerals such as selenium and zinc.

In this webinar, Patrick Holford explains how to:

  • test your biological antioxidant potential, then optimise it
  • anti-age your brain, reducing inflammation and pain
  • provide clean fuel that banishes sugar cravings and brain fog
  • pick foods that deliver more antioxidant and polyphenol punch
  • provide external antioxidants that reverse the formation of wrinkles

He’ll be calling on the research of leading antioxidant researchers including professor Jeremy Spencer form the University of reading, Associate Professor David Vazour from the University of East Anglia, Dr Filip Van Hulle, a leading expert on CoQ10 and brilliant biochemist Dr Konrad Kowalski who has developed a simple test to find out how your brain is ageing and what to do about it. What anti-ages your brain also anti-ages your body.
